SERVICES

Genrepublic Inc./The Factory of Unified Noise will provide studio time and the services of a recording engineer or facility technician for the duration required by the Client.

For music recording clients: Client must provide his/her own hard drive. Items left on the desktop(s) or hard drive(s) are subject to deletion.

For music recording clients: Client will receive their recording in mp3 format unless another format is requested. We recommend booking enough time to obtain all mixes: album version, acapella, instrumental, show mix, radio/clean edit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to make it to a scheduled session you must give a minimum of 24 hour notice. If we must cancel a session due to illness or other reasonable cause, we will reschedule the session for the earliest available time consistent with the needs of the Client. Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice are subject to loss of deposit.

RATES & PAYMENT

Rates are subject to change until session is confirmed. Client is responsible for all monies due to Studio, and shall make all payments by cash or other certified funds prior to the session. A deposit is required for all first time clients.

SETUP TIME & BREAKS

Recording Studio time includes setup time, break down time and any breaks taken by the artist(s) or engineer. The engineer will be allowed a break of up to 15 minutes every two hours to alleviate ear fatigue. The engineer will be allowed one 30-minute meal break per session and an additional 15 minute break for sessions lasting longer than eight (8) hours.

LIABILITY

Client acknowledges these rules are in effect, and exempts Genrepublic Inc./The Factory of Unified Noise as well as it’s associates from any liability to either persons or equipment. Photography studio rental clients must show proof of current business liability insurance naming Genrepublic Inc. as an additional insured.
